Building 1 ... Fits like a glove

For many groups Building 1 has the perfect dimensions. Also for business training, where more privacy may be required for the participants, it can easily be expanded to create 7 extra bedrooms.

A quiet atmosphere exudes in the workspace. Due to the clear acoustics, this room is invariably preferred by trainers who work with sound.

The garden room is orientated to the outside and has doors opening onto a sunny terrace. Here the meals are served and you can relax and chill. There is a wood-burning stove that, for a more romantic atmosphere, can also be used as an open fireplace.

Facilities

Beneath the wooden floors, underfloor heating provides both comfort and practicality and is ideal for special working practices. The lighting is fully adjustable and the audio equipment “silent.” You won’t hear a pin drop when the music stops.

The kitchen is compact and furnished with professional appliances. Thick walls absorb all the kitchen sounds.

As a coach, you will feel pampered with the quiet bed-sitting room on the ground floor. Double doors, a terrace and a private bathroom with a bathtub, offer an extra touch of luxury. The soundproof room is suitable for confidential discussions.

All the other bedrooms are on the first floor, and come with luxury hotel beds. In the hallway, next to each room, is a shower and a toilet.

Sizes and numbers

• Building 1 is suitable for 23 people
• There are 10 double rooms and 1 single room on the upper floor.
• There are 4 showers and 4 toilets and there is an open shower room (4p).
• On the ground floor, there is a double bed-sitting room for the coaches with a private bathroom and terrace.
• The cloakroom is by the entrance and there are 4 toilets.
• The main room measures 80 m² (7 × 11,5 m), the storage room 10 m² and the kitchen 20 m².

A stream runs along the eastern side of the garden (approx. 300 m²) populated with ferns and Poplars. Along the sloping western side, near the terrace, Oak and Pine trees flourish, surrounded with Lily of the Valley.
